Refund & Returns Policy
Absolute Footcare is pleased to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with labels and packaging intact. No refunds or exchanges will be available for products that have had tags removed or have been worn or where the packaging has been damaged. Gift boxes and gift wrapping cannot be refunded. Absolute Footcare is not responsible for the shipping costs in returning the items to our store and delivery costs will not be refunded. This refund or exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the original date of despatch.
